Resolved — The affected webhosting server is back online since 08:51 CEST and all websites are reachable again. The cause was a hardware fault at our datacenter provider. No data was lost. We are sorry for the inconvenience and are reviewing how to reduce the impact of such provider outages in the future.
Identified — The affected web hosting server is still offline. The cause is a hardware fault at our data center provider, and the repair has to be carried out on their side. We have escalated the case with them and are pushing for a fast fix, but we do not have an estimated time of recovery yet. In parallel, we are preparing alternative recovery options in case the repair takes longer. Your data is safe and backed up. Email is not affected and continues to work normally.
